Zoom Orientation: $150 required for new students
1:1 Reactivity Coaching Sessions: $225/hr
Reactivity Group Classes: $110/class
Have a reactive dog? Are you a member of the midnight walk club? Tired of ducking behind cars every time you encounter a neighbor walking their dog? Muttineer can help! This program is designed specifically for dogs that pull, lunge, growl and bark on-leash when they see another dog on walks.
Learn the best, most effective techniques to teach your dog coping skills. We’ve compiled our top tips, training skills and handling techniques into this program. Best of all, it’s totally force and stress free!
What’s included and what to expect:
• Our first meeting will be on zoom to discuss your dog’s case history and go over reactive dog training basics and essential management techniques
• Next you’ll meet with our reactivity expert for 1:1 coaching sessions to install and practice new skills with your dog. You’ll also get hands on coaching so you can be effective and feel prepared outside of sessions. Most dogs need 2-4 coaching sessions.
• Once you and your dog are ready you will be eligible to attend 1-hour trainer lead small group sessions with other dogs to practice skills and get exposure In a controlled setting
• Focus exercises & effective handling techniques
• Desensitization and Counter Conditioning to improve the dog’s perception and internal state
• Stress and anxiety reduction through distance and handler engagement
• Management techniques to help prevent reactivity between training sessions

Depending on the severity of the prognosis it is sometimes necessary to refer clients to a vet behaviorist.
